How often are you on vacation and think, "I would love to buy a place here"?  Then you go home, head back to work and your thoughts slowly slip away.  Our family is fortunate to have traveled to many great locations throughout the world.  And we often think...could we do it?  Could we buy something here?

In June 2019 we came to Terrasol Beach Resort in Cabo as a family.  Stepping out of the air conditioned Brown's Transportation van, we immediately turned our attention to the dark blue ocean and matching sky in front of us.  It was difficult to see where the ocean stopped and the sky began.  Magical.

The magic did not end there.  The friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the resort and the best location in Cabo led to one of our best vacations EVER.  On our third day, we dared to dream our dream.  We inquired what was for sale.  With our hearts pounding and nerves rattled, we placed an offer for the most beautiful unit available.  Within hours, we had a deal in place...our our dream started to become a reality.

We have spent a LOT of time at Terrasol Beach Resort since our purchase.  And we appreciate it more and more each visit.  

Our property manager, Craig Harrison, ran the most successful vacation rental business at Terrasol for over 20 years.  He passed unexpectedly in 2020.  Fortunately, we had been speaking with Craig about taking over his business "some day".  We had a basic transition plan should anything ever happen - and we are fortunate we did.

Craig put together a great foundation, and we are building upon it.
