**Terrasol Beach Resort allows owners to renovate their condos from May 1 - Sept 30th. Guests may experience construction noise during these periods. 


Rental Policies and Conditions

Payments Accepted: Credit Cards.

Terrasol Resort charges the following fees upon check-out.  They are the responsibility of the renter:

Resort Fee: 1-2 Guests - $17.50/night; 3-4 Guests - $22.50/night; 5-6 Guests $27.50.

Cleaning Fee: $125

Parking: $5/day

Unfortunately, pets of any size or kind are not allowed at Terrasol Resort.


SUNRISE/SUNSET is located in Phase-1 of Terrasol Resort and is OCEAN FRONT ON THE SAND.  If you want oceanfront, you want this unit!

Terrasol Beach Resort is ON the beach between Grand Solmar and Playa Grande Resorts. You are within walking distance to the Marina, downtown Cabo, and all the famous restaurants and nightlife that Cabo has to offer.  

The Resort is gated with 24-hour security.  It offers 2 pools - one of them with a swim-up palapa bar and restaurant.  Terrasol is not a "party" resort.  It is a quiet/tranquil place for couples and families to enjoy their vacations.
